Betty Bridgen, S.C.O.P.E. member, won a silver medal with a 415 set and a gold in the doubles competition in the bowling event in the 29th Annual Senior Olympics of Northeast Ohio. Betty proudly displays her medals outside the Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center.


Emergency Food Pantry Gets Needed Donations

Dorothy Decker and Sophie Rosko do their part at the Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center. S.C.O.P.E members answered the call when asked to help fill the nearly depleted pantry at S.C.O.P.E., Inc.


 

Niles S.C.O.P.E. Thursday Bowling (l.tor.) Ray Novotny, Center Manager, Janet Shugarts, Dora Baker, Russ Beatty, Martha Marek, Ed Marek, Betty Bridgen, and Marianne Demidovich. The group meets year-round at McKinley Lanes, Niles, OH. New members are always welcome. Just come to the bowling alley at 1:00 pm the last Thursday of each month. Check the “SCOPE HIGHLIGHTS” for the November & December holiday.
