Guidelines For Entry

• All entries must have been completed in the last two years, and since the entrants 50th birthday.

• Entrants must be residents of Trumbull, Ashtabula, Mahoning or Columbiana Counties.

• Entry fee is $4.00 per entry. Make checks payable to S.C.O.P.E.

• Entrants must declare if they are a professional or an amateur artist.

• All entries must be submitted through a participating Senior Center, and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24 , 2008

• Entries may be picked up directly after the show, or the following week, during regular S.C.O.P.E. business hours.

• Pictures must be framed and wired.

Entry Fees

• $4.00 per entry

• Entry fees must accompany entry forms.

• Sets consisting of multiple pieces are considered one item
